Softinco is a fully distributed company headquartered in New-York since 2004. All the members of our team are independent contractors (freelancers) working remotely, mostly from Ukraine. The whole communication and project management process is conducted via Skype, Е-Mail, SVN, Wiki, Bug Tracking and Ticketing systems.

Due to the company's distributed structure we have managed to cut down on software development costs while providing a certain degree of freedom for our contractors who are able to work remotely from their own locations. More...
